We are proud to share the successful transition of our long-standing client, Hooked, from our Bolingbrook, IL facility to our Nashville, TN location.

Hooked has partnered with us since 2013, with the Bolingbrook team supporting their business for more than a decade through growth, change and evolving fulfillment needs. This move marked an important milestone for both the client and our network.

The transition was driven by long-term strategic alignment and designed to position Hooked for continued success while leveraging the capabilities of the Nashville facility. The success of this transition was rooted in disciplined project management and exceptional cross-functional collaboration.

From initial planning through execution and go-live, teams worked together under a clearly defined plan, timeline, and ownership structure. Critical milestones-were carefully managed to ensure continuity of service and protect inventory integrity. The result was a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the client and their customers.
