All of CNI’s core systems are proprietary and custom built in house which allows for much quicker adaptation, integration, and customization for our clients.

Over the past 35 years that CNI has been in the 3PL fulfillment and distribution business, each of our client relationships has required a certain level of customization to suit their business need. CNI has successfully integrated dozens of very successful and well-established client business systems with our system.

Currently, average turn-time for our existing client-base is 5.8 working hours and order accuracy rates exceed 99.97%.

With CNI’s proprietary systems and insight software each client has real-time online visibility into their order status, tracking, receiving, inventory, and invoicing 24/7.

While every client that comes to CNI is unique and has their specific needs and processes, CNI customizes pricing to meet the specific requirements of each organization separately. As a result, there is no set pricing, each clients pricing is developed unique to their make-up. Typically pricing consist of order pull fees which vary based on the product make up and volumes, any specialty processing and handling, pallet storage, and best-way transportation.
